EFAC has no particular requirement for fluency in English. Students are fully immersed in an English-speaking environment and will learn the language gradually and naturally. A special program, ESL ( English as a Second Language), is offered over three years by the American school for non -English speaking children. Experience shows that three years are typically necessary to achieve written and oral bilingualism.
